In a nutshell:
Black Cat Copy-editing (BCC) reserve the right to turn down any work which they receive.
BCC will check the structure of your document and look for grammatical, punctuation and spelling errors. BCC will not be checking that your content is correct.
BCC are only human, and therefore human error, does, on occasion occur. In the instance that we miss an error in your document a refund will not be given. However, if numerous mistakes are missed and you feel unhappy in any way with the service please email info@bcc-editing.co.uk and we will consider your unhappiness carefully.
Documents will not be returned unless full payment has been received.
